Pinch to zoom and product narrowing
Why isn’t there pinch to zoom like every other shopping app out there it’s 2026. Come in Kroger. Showing us a nutrition facts panel with unreadable font does no good. Secondly, when you search for items and then it shows you a list of items you can narrow by, clicking the pictures doesn’t work and won’t take you to that item type.

App Is now too complicated
This version (9.1.whatever) is glitchy. The push to force me into allowing Kroger to geolocate me is obnoxious and frankly concerning. Who in 2026 is interested in giving a giant mega-corp any more data than they already have?!? At this rate we’ll need a cheek swab just to pick up milk within 10 years. The feature where you type in a zip code to select a specific store to place your order is non-functional which then forces you to (surprise!) give Big Daddy Kroger access to your geolocation just to find the specific store you need. Walmart doesn’t have that problem AND you can choose for your groceries to be un bagged. Kroger is (morally speaking) every bit as gray as Walmart so switching where I do my shopping from one to the other is a lateral move as far as I’m concerned. Also it takes too many clicks to do anything. Fix yr app Kroger. Xoxo, Future Walmart app user
