App unusable. Keep on showing timezone error
I live in Texas and want to purchase train ticket, however when I install the app it keeps on showing an error with the time zone and I am unable to create a login.

Amateur hour
It’s obvious how little thought or software engineering experience went into building this app. The entire interface feels and behaves like a web view wrapper. The user experience is awful. Worst of all, ticket activation requires an active internet connection even though there is little to no service on the NJT platforms at Penn Station. There is no justifiable reason to require a server to activate the ticket if it is already available in the app. Complete amateur hour and just another reason New Jersey Transit is the toilet bowl of the NYC metropolitan region.
