Hard to login
Login doesn’t work most of the time, cloud fare doesn’t either, very frustrating and inconvenient

Might be the most unreliable banking app iv ever used. 9/10 times you go to access it you get a never ending loading wheel and can’t even use it. Has been like this for multiple updates with no improvements at all.

Deposit Check offline
Deposit Check (which was supposedly improved in the latest update) has been showing as Temporarily Unavailable for many days now. Same thing for the Credit Score feature. What is going on? Stop with the mergers and pay attention to your current customers

App crashes
Try to use the check card transaction feature and app crashes. Every time without fail. Didn’t do that before the credit union did the merger & rebrand. Quality of the app suddenly very bad. Also randomly crashes for no apparent reason. What the actual heck?! Maybe spend money on the important stuff instead of fancy new logos….
