We switched to this app a few weeks ago. Has been nothing but a giant headache. Login issues stemming from too many people using the app, or just problems on their end. Cant login most of the time. I end up having to do my shift reports and incident reports on a pc. This app is not managed well at all. Not even sure my most recent incident report got submitted because it kicked me out and i cannot log back in.

Constant buffering and freezing up. I always have to close the app, re-sign in and it’s a pain in the rear.

Poor customer service, cliches with software
We currently use the Omnigo Mobile Software for reports and issuing violations on campus. We have had an issue with the software not working on the newer IOS phones. The problem was reported approximately 3 months ago with follow up emails and calls to support. Was told at one point the new release should be may 1st but still has not been released. The down time has caused all types of parking issues let alone the loss of revenue in violations. Looking for a new program since the down time has caused a breach of contract.

App stopped working, reloaded app by downloading again. Once UTL was confirmed it would not recognize passwords. Mobile app has always been slow and buggy. I don’t recommend Report Exec in general anymore.

Just updated yesterday evening and now the app says it is no longer supported. What happened?
