This is your daddy’s bank with a smile and loan process that is very rare in the 21st Century! Never had a problem with secure checking mobile online services!, bill pmt, transfers, loyalty, and ATM access! I moved my business here when my other bank transferred to a shoddy atm processing outfit after the bank merged! My wife’s account and mobile online activity and available account and card information is top notch and their service data center has awesome internet secure processing! Love the app and sign-in is simple! Just user name, password and your personal security question! Quick response and atm use is nation wide and pronto Cash or snapshot deposits!

One of the worse banking apps I ever used

The problems here are they are trying to be “too secure” and putting impediments that no other financial institution would impose, in the interest of “security”, that end up being less safe in the long run. If you fail the login too many times, it doesn’t tell you, it’s just sits there spinning. I was excited that they added biometrics so I wouldn’t have to remember yet another pin, but they require you to enter it every now and then anyway. If you don’t log in every 30 days you are kicked off! But again, it won’t tell you this, you just have to eventually get frustrated enough to call and they will tell you. Need to reset your password? No problem just spell it out over the phone!!!
