Consistent Lockouts
I am consistently locked out of my online banking after entering my password. No I do not forget my password. I have to call each and every time to get my password reset/unlocked. I have done everything from deleting the application, clearing my cache’ history, changing my password etc as they suggested (mind you I have done this over and over again) to the point that I am incredibly frustrated and over it. I can not continue to do my banking in this manner. I have brought this to the attention of the credit union for MONTHS NOW.. to no avail.. no one listens to me as if I am the only one this is happening to??!?!? Am I ??? I just don’t understand what is happening here? I have an IPhone 11 nothing fancy but not a dinosaur either.. and this happens on my Chromebook as well so it’s most definitely the application. I truly hope that someone who can fix this sees this and does something, PLEASE!

Freezes
App freezes often. It has to be deleted and downloaded again. Why do I have to enter a nickname? All nicknames seem to be taken! Even random letters.
