Used to work great now it’s a pta

Every time I open the app and click a ticket it won’t open. Have to close app and try again. Been that way since the new interface update.

New app looks good but still misses some key functionality

Most of the key features needed to operate the helpdesk as a technician or admin are available. However, the app crashes when I attempt to add an image. Would be great to create tickets for my maintenance tech on the fly from my phone without relying on emailing them - why bother with an app?
