I love the magazine. I’ve subscribed to it for years, but it’s always so hard to pull it up on my phone, my laptop or my iPad they asked me to reset my password and I do it doesn’t work and I do it again and it doesn’t work it’s hit and miss

This is ridiculous
I have the $79.95 subscription and get access to a website that has the Jets Confidential logo. Unfortunately I have to login every single time I visit the site to read the Whispers, etc… which is annoying. You should remember me. But worse, there’s no access to the magazine I paid for and I’m not receiving it in the mail either. Then there’s another app on which I always accessed the magazine. However now, you’re demanding $3.99 and telling me I have to subscribe even though I’m already a subscriber. My login seems to work there, you call me by name, but seem to have no idea I paid. I’m only receiving the Whispers and other articles you provide daily. Please straighten this out ASAP. You’re stealing my money.
