Summary of Features:
- There is a new radar in the weather app that matches the radar found on other digital platforms and also includes future radar to provide you with a likely path and outlook of storms. The radar has 250 meter resolution, the highest available.
- New tracks - We added earthquakes and storm tracks as layers in the radar. Now you can track the location and magnitude of earthquakes as well for storms the speed, direction and type. Tap the “storm symbols” icon in the radar to see the list.
- Push alerts are FREE for more than 25 alert types including everything from tornado warnings to winter storm warnings and tropical storm alert types.
- Now you can scroll through the home screen to access most of what you need or want on one tab.
- Place a location pin precisely where you want it for a specific address or any position on a map. When saving a location you can name it exactly how you want it.
- The app works with identical features on tablet and handset.

Weather is a Joke
Today is best example of why this app does not deliver accurate weather. On the daily summary the forecast high is 62 F. On the hourly breakdown the high is shown as 75 F. Also getting bogus warning/notices. I’ll get lightning/rain notices near me and there’s not a cloud in the sky. Don’t be fooled by whatever remote forecast algorithm Fox 23 uses for weather. Its forecasts are fiction and certainly don’t apply to Green Country.

Do NOT Like the New Update to the App.
***Update: this app just keeps going downhill! On the main screen there are two big neon green boxes flashing quickly, advertising something, giving me a headache. I’m glad I don’t have epilepsy! And now there’s no info on any of the other screens. What gives? If you don’t change this app back to more like the way it was before, you’re probably going to lose a lot of users.*** You’ve completely changed the way this app works, and it is quite frustrating. I’m having to redo my radar settings, and I’m still not sure if it’s right. And why does it no longer tell you WHERE the earthquake is when you select it on radar? Who has time to completely relearn and set up a weather app, esp when we’re getting close to thunderstorm season? I wish you’d put it back to the old version!
