Can’t log in
But I can see my flights. Looks like a Safari issue… but I don’t have Safari. My default is set Firefox, but when I try to login it breaks. Also the baggage information page is a 404 page.
Why can’t I just use my name?
Poor functionality
First time traveling with Qantas. The app seems to be consistently under maintenance. Even when it doesn’t seem to be under maintenance it won’t update simple information. The website gives the same results and it makes me think the app and the website are one in the same. Overall just a terrible experience.
