Losing trust to KimEng. Junk app.
Any financial businesses have one thing that they require in order to get customers putting their money in: trust. This financial app fails to establish that trust. I am a long time member of KimEng and this app makes me doubt about that trust. To start off: 1. Upon starting the app, after login, the app crashed and closed by itself. 2. After several tries and calling the office, they suggested to NOT use the app, but stick with the website service. Which makes me think even bad about this app and KimEng. 3. After the new update, I could login, but I couldn’t do anything inside the app, few clicks here and there, and the app crashed. Please KimEng, any move you do in the business has to establish and prove you are a trustable business. This app brings my trust level to you 2 lvl down out of 5. Stop using monkey coders as your app developers!
