2. Submit your request from the app (takes no more than 4 minutes!)
3. Your Hello box and card reader are sent to your home address
4. Upon approval of your application, we then prepare your bank card(s) and the PIN you need to activate them.

Latest version doesn’t work
What hebben jullie gedaan 😩😩😩 app doesn’t work anymore. First i have to log in 2-3 times cause it keeps saying I’ve been logged out. Then it doesn’t show the amounts in my accounts i have to refresh 3x and i can no longer make transfers!

No SMS received on USA phone nr 😔
No SMS received on USA number +1xxx.xxx.xx.xx (AT&T) so can’t register my account in the app 😔 receiving SMS works fine from other providers (currently in Belgium on BASE network I get texts sent to my US AT&T number) same problem as someone else reported here so I think this is an issue with the SMS gateway Fortis is using 😒
