Welcome to DEI 101, a learning module about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
At NSAA, we believe mountains are for everyone, and that means fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for resort employees and guests. That’s why we created this valuable education module, so you and your co-workers can learn more about the importance of inclusion, diversity, and equity in mountain recreation.
Inside you’ll learn about the importance of inclusion, what unconscious bias and microagressions are, and proceed through two role-play scenarios and empathy exercises to enhance your understanding.
