Good idea,execution on the decline
Love the minutes system, bikes are generally available. That said, more and more I’m running into issues with bike engines either not working or stopping in the middle of rides. As well, the app will consistently log me out in the middle of a ride, costing me extra minutes at the tail end of my trip. Happens once or twice, not an issue, but it has become a daily occurrence. That, with the inconsistency of the bike quality is making it more and more difficult to continue being a loyal customer

Easy to find, a great ride
This was the first time I used a Forest bike. I felt comfortable and secure on the bike. The Lime bikes tended to be very worn and a little bit wobbly, acceleration is delayed like driving an automatic car. Well loved I guess. The Forest bikes were responsive and I would choose them over a Lime bike any day.
