TAP Mindset is a full-time mental training system that helps players build discipline, confidence, focus, and emotional control—while also improving their overall well-being. Think of it as a gym for the mind—structured, gamified, and designed to make mental training a consistent part of the athlete’s day. We equip them with mental workouts, strategies, and routines they can use in both practice and competition. Along the way, they define their vision, goals, values, and tennis identity, making them more driven and self-aware on and off the court. Forged with “Spanish” passion, built to ignite discipline, resilience, and love for the fight.

Amazing Mindset Program!

I have been using TAP for a little of a year now and it has been amazing. TAP helped me start my journey of self improvement. TAP allowed me to put in mental reps so I could improve my mental health. With TAP I was able to improve immensely I’m my tennis game. TAP gave me the ability to take control of my mind during tennis matches. TAP showed techniques to stay focused, control my heart rate, adapt to my emotions and many more helpful tools for a tennis player. I am very exited that all the TAP tools are now available in an app. Now I can take TAP with me wherever I go!

Amazing for mental training

This is a great app to help you set up goals and follow some easy steps for staying on track. There are a lot of advices and tips it is well organized and definitely helped my focus and motivation when I’m training and playing.
