The app definitely needs a refresh. Visually, it’s beautiful and offers a great selection of products, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The app deletes my saved items daily, regularly logs me out of my rewards account, and frequently crashes or freezes. For such a well-known brand with an impressive inventory, I would expect much better stability and functionality. The app has a lot of potential, but it really needs performance improvements to match the quality of the brand.
