The Butcher Shop Fitness is a Lagree studio that offers a 50 minute total body workout that is HIGH intensity but LOW impact. The workout is done on a Megaformer which targets the Slow Twitch muscles in your body, giving your muscles that long, lean look. It is the first and only workout that encompasses all areas of fitness into one workout; Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Cardio and Core. Each class that we offer is designed to help push you to your own personal ability level. It is our mission to provide a premium cut every time, for every one. With so many ways to modify and intensify this workout, it truly is a workout for EVERY ONE.

The best way to schedule!

The Butcher Shop app is user-friendly and easy to navigate. You can view the full schedule at both locations, reserve classes, choose a payment package/option, and learn more about your butcher (instructor) all in one place. The text-message reminders and new(!) widget options make keeping up with classes that much easier.
