HMH Inspections

An inspection program should initially identify the areas and/or equipment to be inspected, as well as the frequency of inspection. Someone should be made responsible for carrying out inspections.
A checklist should be prepared for each area to be inspected. The checklist should include the most significant hazards as well as the controls that are expected in the area.
