Alluriam CHD (Customer Health Dashboard) is a patient application developed as a portal for customers (aka patients) of a network of clinics across the US. This HIPAA compliant portal connects to a HIPAA compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to provide
1. Access to the customer’s health records (i.e., signed encounter notes from visits, prescription history, copies of signed consents, summary of customer treatment plans selected by providers and the customer, a means to record customer taken vital signs and other measurements).
2. Ability to request and track appointments.
