Super cool

This app is really neat. I got it to use with my Apple Watch because I was jealous of my oura ring friends and their sleep scores. I liked the way the course was setup and how it’s based on scientific research. It also had a lovely calming vibe. I definitely feel like it helps with the intended goal!
