Summit Community Center

Summit Community Center (SCC) supports young adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) and those considered neurodivergent to develop a sense of place, true community membership, and opportunities for continued growth and independence. The Summit Community Center App is intended for members of Summit Community Center to access their individual member portal. Through the app members are able to view/edit their personal information, view center information and calendar, register for programs and group activities, reserve community spaces, view facility announcements, access their membership card, and receive push notification.
