What a scam
This whole thing usurps your relationship with your local doctor to give pharmacy benefit managers more control over your health. They know nothing about you, yet control access to your healthcare. They also have requirements (hoops to jump through) in your day to day life to control if you get your medication next month. Dystopian. There is constantly a message that says that responses are taking longer than usual. If it’s ALWAYS like this it is the usual. On average it’s 2-3 days to get an outsourced response that just acknowledges that you sent a message and then a few more days or more messages from you to get any sort of follow up.. The whole thing is a huge waste of time and gives companies shocking access to control if you get your needed medication or not.

No notifications
This app doesn’t allow for push notifications. Several times I’ve almost been removed from my health programs due to my lack of response. I would login more if I knew my care team was sending me messages
