Why is this app rated so low? It’s literally a game changer!
I downloaded the Da Rings app expecting the usual “meh, another wearable app that tells me I slept badly and judges me for it.” Instead, I got a tiny digital life coach that politely roasts me and helps me fix my habits. Honestly, I don’t understand the low App Store ratings because this app has been flawless for me. First of all, the insights section? Elite. It doesn’t just throw charts at you and say “good luck.” It actually explains your stats and gives productive (and very nice) criticism about what might be hurting your progress or wrecking your sleep. It’s like having a supportive health coach who says, “Hey bestie, maybe don’t drink caffeine at 9 PM if you want to function tomorrow.” Respectfully. The guided meditation section is another win. There are multiple options for stress, sleep, and unwinding, which makes it perfect if you’re new to meditation and don’t know where to start. It’s calming without being boring, which is rare because some meditation apps sound like they recorded the audio inside a refrigerator. Also… I used to be loyal to my Fitbit app. Keyword: used to. This app + my HOU Smart Ring gives me so much more insight that I straight-up stopped using Fitbit. No drama, just a quiet breakup. Major bonus points for syncing with Apple Health so all your wellness data matches across apps. And for my girlies, it even tracks your menstrual cycle and symptoms, which is amazing if you forget dates or ever need accurate info for your doctor. Honestly, that feature alone deserves applause. Overall, this app is a wearable tech game changer. It’s powerful, beginner-friendly, insightful, and actually helpful instead of overwhelming. If you’re on the fence because of ratings, ignore them and try it yourself. Sometimes the crowd is wrong and in this case, they’re very wrong. Sorry this is so long, but with the reviews currently on this app I felt an in-depth review would be best. So glad I ignored the reviews and went with my gut instinct, this is the best smart ring and app combo that I’ve found so far and I review tech for a living.

Stats aren’t right.
All stats aren’t right in some cases like steps they are fairly close but BP is completely wrong. If you want it for steps tracking definitely but for any other metric go with Apple or Samsung watch.
