Garbage app
Absolute garbage of an app, every update just completely messes up what was fixed during the last version, I’ve been waiting on 200 photos to upload on a ticket where a damaged line was at and all paint is destroyed and currently have no proof it was even marked as of now. Unacceptable, if you can get your employer to switch I was advise that is best

This newest and latest update added some features that really made some things a lot easier. It also destroyed fundamentals, the app crashes constantly before submitting batched ticket pictures. when you batch add responses now it only closes one of the tickets after syncing, and then occasionally duplicates, said tickets with the same ticket numbers overlapping the other tickets that you supposedly closed.
