Mudaraba Sukuk are issued based on Mudaraba agreement between the Sukuk owners & beneficiary, issuance proceeds are used to finance a specific project managed by beneficiary & monitored by Mudaraba Financial Company. The Sukuk represents a mass-ownership in the project’s asset, and the achieved profit is distributed according to the participation specified in the agreement while its nominal value is returned from the project at the end of its term.
