Payment.
Very hard to just make a loan payment. Having to transfer to an account and then pay your payment from that is absurd.

Car Payment
Dice we got this loan it has been nothing but trouble to use the app to make the payment! My husband has called multiple times and nobody seems to be able to help him! We set up direct debit. The payment was taken out and then returned to our account. I transferred money to our credit union account to pay the car payment and for two weeks I have been trying to do so but every time I try to do it the app freezes and will not let me go forward!!!! I will be contacting you on Monday to see if we can get this paid.
