I used this app after following instructions on Redfin and Zillow for a home I wanted to bid on. They require a deposit and even after my bid was the highest, the screen displayed make an offer. I was first told the buyer rejected the offer. For another bid I won I was informed the secret reserve wasn’t met. I requested a refund to my account and was told it would take 30 days. They are holding customers deposits, and marketing homes that aren’t currently for sale/auction.

Refund Issue
Update: The developer responded that my refund was processed. This is a lie. Do not trust these scammers. It’s been over 30 days since I requested a refund and it’s been “pending” the entire time. I actually called and they ensured me I would be expedited and receive my refund by the end of the week. The week went and left and I was still without my refund. I’m currently working out a fraud case with my bank. It’s a shame that companies like this are allowed to operate as a legitimate company.
