Medtrack Portals is a patient medical database that is designed for patients to store all their medical information. They can gather all notes from their previous medical history and store them in their own portal. This data is very personal to the patient alone, they can save, edit, delete, and also can export all their data to any interested parties.

1- The Medtrack app is presently designed for individuals alone for personal data storage. In the future, we will design it for multiple/family users. In the same way, we will design it for corporate plans where they can buy the plan for their employees but no one can view the personal data other than the user.

2- Any can use Medtrack, but for now limited only to individual plans rather than multiple or corporate plans.
Any company can become a client and buy a corporate plan for their employees with a specific code. This will be designed in the future, but not for now.
