Update from my last post
Thank you for this app! To be able to schedule on your own time. Being able to see the times and how long it’ll take before deciding is a blessing. I no longer have to deal with customer service. The company needs to hire new ones that really care about the customers. Can you have a way for us to anonymously do the same to customer service like you do with the drivers asking us how was our ride? On the app? Thank you again. It’s made taking dial a ride without the headache from customer service 👍
