Unnecessary Changes from New Leadership
This app is ok at best. Needs way more functionality if you want it to be anything more than a glorified sms notification to look into something. But that's not what I'm here to discuss. As of FQ32025, new TM leadership is shuffling sales verticals and causing us (client) lose our trusted relationship with our years long advisors. Honestly, I would leave TM XDR if I had the choice. As an UI it's ok. What I as a user and client greatly prefer is the reliability and concierge service provided by these trusted reps.

Can’t get by the login because of total lazy design. I have access to multiple accounts and the screen is not responsive to allow me to choose correct account and login. Need major work.
