Worst experience ever
I opened a new account on this app for their "instant transfer" that they provide, i transferred from botim through this app after i did make sure for linking it up to the ADIB account, I wanted to transfer for there but instead, out of nowhere, they transferred to mashreq card, without even telling me, and that account for that card was completely deleted long time ago!! Thats the worst step ive made, I dont even know where to complain on this app.

The instant payments are awesome but the app always disconnects my Wio account and I have to connect it again if I want to send or receive money
