About My Moves Matter

My Moves Matter is a self-care companion providing you with knowledge, insights, support and community to empower you to live the life you want. We know that women and men experience Parkinson’s differently and we are tailoring the features to reflect specific needs.
Co-founded by a health care professional and advocate living with Parkinson’s, this app has been designed and developed with input from women with Parkinson’s from around the world. It is the only app that enables tracking of the Parkinson’s symptom fluctuations across the menstrual cycle. This enables women with Parkinson’s to gather evidence of the impact of their hormones on their Parkinson’s symptoms to share with their clinicians.
