Welcome I’m Fred and I’ve been in fitness luckily my whole life due to my passion of sport more importantly football, and along journey being inside a gym or just working out in general I’ve had my ups and downs whether it’s been for my lack of knowledge or even at times struggling to hold myself accountable to stay on track so I want to provide any and anyone with that to my best abilities I’ve learned a lot and I’m still gaining a lot more knowledge so I can get the best results
