Lack of established filters and premium
The App was better with open friend search but the premium version is okay in my opinion but priced to high and really gate keeps potential matches; also there should be more options for people who are out of network to be able to find each with either random everyday post or at least a free day like Friday’s where it’s encouraged to make match’s

Needs improvement when it comes to messaging people.
I love everything about Loop except for the fact that the messaging is way limited. You can’t message people you want to set up more than once.

App is de-incentivizing app usage
The app constantly makes new changes and upgrades, which for the most part is a good thing however, in recent months, the app started making users pay for every little thing. The problem with this is: 1. People out of the goodness of their heart would set up matches- not because it’s their career in matchmaking. Now that they don’t let you see friends and friends unless you pay, it’s a very hard to set up people. - I used to set up people all the time, but now stopped using the app because I don’t care to set up people if I have to pay for it. It was just a nice thing for me to do 2. They now force users to pay if they want to accept matches?! Not all, but just profiles with a star on it, which I do not understand. But again this incentivizes usage. Not smart

Unusable Since Paid Update
Creator got greedy and now app sucks. Can’t set up with anyone without paying. If you wanted to make money you should run events, not make a paywall to match people.

Paywall is dumb
If they don’t make 30$/month per person, then you don’t deserve to find a partner. Ok, but what are they doing to deserve that money? They’re harvesting your data and selling access to your friend’s friends back to you. Lame business model.
