Need a true Manual Layout
I keep trying the new version every few months and keep finding myself disappointed in the lack of true Manual Layout. It’s a showstopper for me. I still use the legacy classic version daily. I will try to be patient but starting to look at other updated options in the market. Hoping for true manual layout in 2026.

Another Developer Losing the Plot to AI Trash No One Wants
Over a year, and they added AI features no one asked for before restoring the basic ability to view the mind map and the outline view side-by-side like MindNode Classic used to. They should be prioritizing making it easier to do actual work with the app instead of having shoddy work done by LLMs.
