How does The Dip App work?

Owner of pool service company: “Operator”. Add your customers into the system. Schedule them for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly service or one time work orders. Log your readings, dosages, calculate LSI, add notes and pics to any report. Pool owners get time stamped proof of work emails with readings, notes and pictures. You can easily view previous reports and reschedule your accounts as needed. All of this is included in our free option.

Employee of a pool service company: “Tech”. You can view your schedule, route, log your readings, dosages, calculate LSI and send pool owners proof of work reports. Included in the free option.

Pool Owners: Once you have been invited by your service provider and create your account you will be automatically connected. Once connected you will receive “On the way” and “Service Complete” notifications and emails. You can view service reports, pay invoices and know when it's safe to go back in the pool. You can also easily communicate with your service provider. Included in the free option.

Smart Routes: Once your customers are assigned to the schedule you can optimize and customize a route. You will see your location and all of your scheduled jobs on a map. Select a first stop, last stop, drag and drop the customize the order and even skip jobs. Included in premium subscription.

Invoicing: Monthly service invoices go out in a batch automatically on your scheduled billing day. See who paid, who hasn’t and send reminders from the app. You can easily add charges to the monthly service invoices or send a quick one shot invoice with just a few taps on your phone.
