自律时间点不动
从身体,精神,智力,情感等四个方面入手挺独特的,之前只试过是否紧急的分类方式,但那个更类似于todo list,这个在习惯方面的分类感觉的确有更一目了然到。感觉每日打卡或许可以添加一个选择界面,类似于在个人原则与消极语言处添加的内容今天是否有达成其中某几项的一个类似于小结的东西,这样更便于整体的回顾自己,原本的感觉还是有点todolist激励版的感觉,然后就是不知道为什么自律时间点不动,期待修复

1,没有很好的问题反馈路径,app里路径是发邮件,但没有收件人哇? 2,加了obsidian的跳转链接,但没法跳转
