An app that’s good for you
I love HappyTabs for a little positivity bonus to my day. It encourages good habits, and I have noticed a lift in my overall mood. The art is beautiful as well. This is one of the few apps that I think has a positive effect on my mental health.

Track your mindfulness
I have many meditation and mindfulness apps on my phone, many are over complicated. The happy tabs journal is really simple and easy to do when feeling depressed. My favorite promos are the ones that collect pictures from your phone. When I look back at my past days the photos of friends and family cheer me up. I haven't used the voice feature yet but I usually write simple answers. The one thing I'm collecting is the gemstone rewards. I want to reach the Red Giant crystal. That's my big goal so far
