Sexualization of minors and forced pregnancy used as selling points is rare — and disturbing
Several descriptions of an SSR character explicitly imply youth, forced pregnancy, and humiliation. At the same time, the promotional PV contains clear visual metaphors commonly used to suggest sexual acts. The only thing that seems to be done “for legality” is giving a character who is canonically under 4'9" an adult female chest shape, as if that alone could neutralize the heavy low-age and coercion implications present in both the writing and the visuals. This is not “dark storytelling” or “mythological horror”, but deliberate sexualized marketing that relies on deniability rather than responsibility.
