I would like a refund for this broken, unusable app
I made the mistake thinking I could not use voice to chat without a subscription, so I signed up. Before I paid I could at least use text. After paying, I still couldn't voic chat. Microphone was enabled, but despite it, it couldn't hear me, AMD I couldn't hear anything from the character, only heard background sounds. So I uninstalled the app, restarted the iPad AMD reinstalled the app, restored my puchase....and it got even worse! I still can't use voice chat, but now I can't even use the text chat? I tried to reach out to support, but there is no such option! How do I get a refund for this scam of an app?!?!?!
