Rove ride-hailing has made it safe - all cars are comprehensively insured, drivers are hand-picked, uniformed, continuously trained to deliver professional service and know their routes. Moreover, our local team is always available to assist. All of these at very competitive prices and no surge.
Requesting Rove booking is simple:
1. Open the app and tap on “set pick up” location
2. Tap on “add drop off” to set your destination and see fare estimate
3. Tap “confirm booking” and once accepted, you’ll see your driver’s arrival in real-time on the map, along with their picture, vehicle and contact details. You will receive a message notification upon driver’s arrival to your location.
Payment with Rove ride-hailing is easy. You can choose to pay with your saved credit/debit card, and your trip will automatically be paid for in-app. We also accept cash. Your receipt is automatically sent to your email and you can rate your driver with a thumbs up or down, which helps us continually improve our service quality.

Terrible Driver
The night before an early flight we (a passenger and her daughter from another cancelled flight) asked the hotel to arrange a ride to the airport. They called someone (not through an app) to drive us, agreeing to split our fare for $20 total. $10 for each adult. The next morning the driver told us that Rove was charging $30 upon arrival at the airport. No mention of this before picking us up. Additional $5 because it was early morning and $5 because we were splitting the fare. When we protested he threatened to drop us off back at the hotel, making us late for our flight. I took the ladies half, told the driver that it’s one fare now, and paid $25 cash. He grumbled and took the money. I had a good experience with this app before, but now I’ll never use it again.
