Stop going to this store they lie to your face

I used to love SmokeBucks, everyone there “WAS” very friendly, the prices were fair, until today when I went there and told them there was an invite on the app to leave a review and get 50 points. It’s The new employee Melanie, who’s only been there 3 mos and knows nothing about anything. Called the owner who’s name is Ali, who told her first that this promo didn’t exist, I asked to speak to him he said I had to wait 10 business days for that to show, the problem is I already had left a review a few years ago and never got those points. So He came up with a Lie that it will work now, which is bull!!! They have a program that u put ur phone # and u could be chosen for a few things. Well I’ve have gone to that store since 2009, about every 2 wks and have sent over 65 of my friends to that store, have had ppl choose to buy Kratom cause I chose to explain to them how it works, cause I know everything about it. Long story short, Owner is a frickin liar who could care less if u r a long time customer. The turn out of employees there is unbelievable, very nice ppl who realized working there was a waste of time. Now this new employee who doesn’t even know anything! Took the pain of the owner and told me to leave when I wasn’t even directing my displeasure with the store on her, just telling her how what he said is not true, is a liar and full of bull****! Believe me! If they can treat a faithful customer this way, imagine u who go there for the first time. Go to any other smoke bucks if he is not the owner, otherwise just look for other stores, we all deserve better.Im just now sending a group email to all my friends to stop going there.
