I love the menu, which has a selection of gluten-free items. The choices are also healthy.

Pretty good app

The interface is reasonably intuitive, responsive, attractive and well laid out, though I would like to see some functionality additions/improvements... Scanning the QR code at checkout seems to take numerous tries. I suggest a feature some other apps have, which is to set the screen brightness to max when the QR code is displayed (and restore original brightness when the QR code is dismissed or the app is switched/quit). The orders page could display orders associated with the loyalty card when the order is made in person as opposed to just the ones placed through the app (which is what I assume must be the case, because my orders page is empty yet I have multiple points entries associated with orders made in person). A location-relative contact-us/feedback feature (optionally associated with orders) would be nice, to submit issues I've encountered, like portion differences associated with individual associates and flavor variations (today's order was unusually bland despite having the usual amount of sauce). Single tap access from the home page to the loyalty QR code would be great. It would also be nice for loyalty points from purchases show up quicker in the app. One other suggestion would be to occasionally suggest some bowl ingredients that would go well together. I've tried selecting ingredient to "build your own" but they haven't turned out well. 2 of the 3 themed bowls include ingredients I avoid, so there's really only one I ever order and I'd like some more variety. Also, I only learned about Taco Tuesdays in person. Perhaps displaying menu items on the home page without going through the order interface would prompt people to explore the menu more readily.
