It keeps crashing
Two days ago it was fine, but now when it asks me to take a photo and I try to do it, it crashes. I cannot do the assessment. It was good and now it’s not. No error message, just a crash.

Day 1 I spent 45 minutes taking pictures, got done with 80% of it and figured I would finish the next day. Day 2 I go back in the app and none of my progress was saved. No way to contact the company. Playing with the FLIR camera was neat I guess, but I won’t be spending another hour redoing everything.

Good for the environment and our pocketbook!
This app and two devices are quite amazing. This easily gave me a much more thorough a review of the drafts in my house as the old fashioned guy who charged me a lot of $$ to seal up the front door of my house and blow it with fans and give me a half accurate idea of where my drafts are. I love the personalized customer service and the follow up ideas too.
