We measure and analyze your Heart Rate (Pulse) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to provide insights into cardiovascular health, nervous system status, stress levels, recovery state, and readiness for training.
Wellhero also analyzes workout data to help you understand how physical activity impacts stress, recovery, and performance. Track training load, intensity, and recovery cost to optimize workouts and avoid overtraining.
Wellhero analyzes data automatically collected by the Apple Watch. By processing this data, we determine stress load on the body, resilience to pressure, and overnight recovery quality.

Broken
The last update to this app broke the measurement scan for phone cameras. It's in reverse it seem. I put my finger on the flash and cam and the app acts as if I don't. Then I take my finger off and the app acts as if my finger is present. Please fix this garbage!
