Great service, bad technology
Micah was awesome! He was personable, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He mounted my TV perfectly the first time with no issues, and made sure everything was secure and level. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free he made the whole process. I did have some struggles with the app and website — it didn’t seem to work right the first time. Maybe the website tech could be a little better. But once everything got set up, everything else went great. Honestly, I want Micah for all my future projects — he made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!
