About Abbey Future Homes Part L
As of June 15th 2022, new stipulations in Part L of Building Regulations are coming into effect. This update will require photographs to be taken for each dwelling on a development during the construction process. The photographs will be made available to the energy assessor and the building control.
This is a business app. As an independent energy assessor, Abbey Consultants is creating an app which will allow our clients to easily take photographs of the dwellings on their sites. Throughout the various stages of the construction process, they will use this app to go out onto site and capture certain details (e.g. the foundations/substructure or the eaves/gable edges).
The app allows our clients to easily store their photographs via a connected OneDrive. The photos will be uploaded straight away and automatically sent to us.
