Terrible app for mediocre camera

Hate this app. When setting up a new camera, it prompts you to name it. The keyboard covers the “OK” button, so you can’t advance. Nothing will make the keyboard go away. Likewise, try to delete a camera, and you can see the delete link, but cant pull it up far enough to press. Added an SD card, and it wont record without paid subscription for EACH camera. Just terrible all around.

Paid features not functional

Custom zone monitoring doesn’t work. I’ve reset it mutiple times. Still getting unnecessary notifications outside the set area.

Very disappointed

Keep getting data update failed failed and lose cameras. Also if you try and go to the link to see about a subscription the link also fails. Very disappointing

Beware Subscription NEEDED

Most of the reviews are about the camera itself and not the actual app. Yes, the cameras are decent. The app, however, not at all. After the 7 day “free trial” the cameras will not record anything without a PAID subscription even if there is a MicroSD inserted. Manual recordings and snapshots do not get saved to the MicroSD. They are saved in an album folder in the apps settings page. When viewing the live feed, it won’t automatically record for motion. There’s a hundred spelling/grammatical errors throughout the app and some settings have text that reads, “if you have no idea, please choose default,” rather than actually giving an explanation on the differences. Without a paid subscription, these cameras are just a cheap kids toy.
