Does not ping
I bought this pen specifically for the ping function. The first one we connected via Bluetooth but would not ping. Reached out to customer service and they said I was given a pen that should have never passed quality inspection. So the company sent me another free of charge and that pen won’t even connect via Bluetooth. Now I’m stuck with 2 basic pens which sucks because I already have basic pens. Definitely a waste of money, do not purchase from them.

App requires phone number
I cannot imagine why this app would need my phone number to ping a battery with Bluetooth. Feels like just a way to sell my contact info to advertisers. Requiring private data to use half the functionality of a $45 pen battery is ridiculous. The pen it self is great but the app is a huge disappointment
