Why Pilates? Pilates is a challenging, low impact, total body workout that focuses on strengthening the core and elongating rather than bulking muscles. Studio CORE Pilates is a resistance based studio that uses tension to strengthen and stretch, allowing the body to develop a long, lean form.
Studio CORE Pilates is managed on a daily basis by owner, Tiffany Crosswhite Burke. Tiffany is a hands on owner who has personally hired and trained the entire teaching staff. All teachers are 100% fully certified Pilates Teachers who have all completed a 600 hour Teacher Training Program. Please feel free to contact Tiffany anytime with any questions or concerns.
